Your satisfaction is our priority, so we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy. If you're not completely happy with your T-shirt or sweatshirt, simply email return@artee.ee to request a free return label. Pack the item securely, ship it back, and once we receive it, we’ll process your refund the same day. Returning a product is simple, quick, and free to ensure a stress-free shopping experience.
We strive to deliver orders quickly and reliably using Evri, Royal Mail Tracked 24, and InPost. Same-day dispatch is available for in-stock apparel orders placed before 16:00 and DTF print orders placed before 12:00. Custom orders may take 2-3 days to prepare. Delivery is free for orders over £50, with a £4.95 fee for smaller orders. While delays during busy periods can happen, they are rare, and we appreciate your understanding.
